Social Media / Email

I haven’t worked extensively in the social media space, although I have made social sized pieces and video resizes for every Samsung campaign I’ve worked on, there is a social team that does a much more calculated approach with attention to data and analytics. In hindsight, I wish I had compiled a more comprehensive set of images from my time working on Taco Cabana social media. This was extremely fast-turnaround work. At the time the client requested daily posts sometimes even multiple posts with offers, coupons, etc. Here are a few examples I have that show some of what was created.

1080x1080 social media placement. We were tasked at creating a high volume of social posts for Taco Cabana, sometimes this included traveling to a location and having them prepare us food to use in these posts, honestly to a varying degree of success.

One of many social post coupons.

An example of a metroPCS / ZTE / UFC co-sponsored social ad. What we have here is a composite of several images to create this UFC arena-esque image with a very stylized jumbotron. This actually was so much more work to create than I want to ever explain!

Typical weekly emails showing the Taco Cabana’s many daily offers. In my opinion, this also shows how excessive social / email posting can bewilder the consumer. Looking back, I think some of the sections turned out nicely but this is just too much!

While at Beacon, we obtained Pollo Tropical, a regional fast food chain and part of the restaurant group with Taco Cabana. This was part of a fresh bold rebranding we did including some watercolor effects and lots of wood planked surfaces.

Snapchat image overlay, with stock image FPO (for placement only) showing how the overlay filter would look when used in app. At the time I had very little experience with Snapchat and I think this treatment turned out pretty nice.
